I had a chance to write two stories for the May/June issue of Private Air, both real estate pieces that incorporate my passion for travel with investment opportunities at two gorgeous properties. Kohanaiki is a new private community on the Big Island of Hawaii. I can’t imagine a more serene and vibrantly beautiful location for a second home, particularly if you enjoy diving and water sports. The Trump Las Vegas penthouse suites, on the other hand, are more of a pure business investment. Rooms in Vegas are constantly booked, and you can recoup your investment fairly quickly if you allow Trump to rent out your suite to guests all year round.
